Thank you for following our sleep improvement training. If you have ever experienced sleep disturbances, we know that they can come back on a regular basis. In order to support you further, you can always watch the video on relapse prevention again here. We hope it can support you further and remind you of the ways in which you can deal with normal sleep disturbances. Remember: sleeping badly once in a while is not a problem. How you look at it and deal with it often determines a lot!
