After a keynote lecture or workshop, different types of follow-up can be offered: 

  1. E-mail: After a lecture, participants can choose for an email follow-up, in which they receive a weekly email with tips and tricks for the following 6 weeks. This will allow them to take charge of their sleep-wake rhythm in a structured and guided way.
     
  2.  Group coaching sessions: A weekly or biweekly follow-up in small groups in order to tackle specific issues in a fast and efficient way. These group sessions are similar to the classic CBT-I trainingsessions, but will be more tailored to the needs of your employees.

  3. Individual coaching: a short term, individual coaching in your company is also a possibility. We carefully develop a tailored program for your goals and needs. A mix between face-to-face and video-conference sessions can be offered.
